What is included in your packages?
Included in the price is the elusive ticket, credit card charges and standard postage (unless it's an e-ticket!).
The Unions say the tickets aren't available yet. How do you have them for sale?
We don't just buy from public sale but have sources far and beyond the Unions public sales ....
Where do you get your tickets from?
We source our tickets from many sources: sponsored clubs, debenture holders, etc
When will i get my tickets?
Normally 1-3 weeks before the game - sometimes earlier depending on the match.
Can I choose where i sit in each zone?
No, tickets are allocatd on a first come first served basis - although we will note any preferences.
How do your zones work?
Well every stadium is different so we try to give the best seats to the 'red' zone people ... these maybe central or the most expensive ones ... sometimes both! .... and so on for the blue & black zones.
How will my tickets be sent to me?
We use Royal Mail Recorded / International Delivery - other couriers available at extra cost.
Where is my receipt?
For those of you who pay via Paypal then you should automatically get one from them - if you do not then please email us at secure@ticketsrugby.com
